I want to remove an item from my order. What do I do?

Write to us at info@weareknitters.com as soon as possible so that we can cancel it in time.

If your order has not been packed and hasn’t left the warehouse, we will be able to cancel it.

If we were unable to cancel your order, you will have to wait to receive it and then proceed as you would for a return.
