Absolutely! On our website, at the bottom right of your screen, you have access at any time to the WAK community chat (please note that this tool is only available on our .com and co.uk websites).
This chat allows you to get live advice direct from other customers. You can share your doubts and ask all your questions to other visitors so they can help you: knitting/crochet doubts, advice on a product, fiber, color, etc.
How does the chat work?
Nothing's easier! Just click on "Ask your question"
and type your question in the following window:
... and hit Enter on your keyboard so that your question becomes visible to any user currently browsing the website. If a visitor has the answer to your question, he can contact you directly through a private chat.
If your question deals with the follow-up of an order/a parcel, next arrivals of fibers/colors, a return request, or any other subject that requires the services of our customer service, please contact us directly using the contact form below.
And feel free to help other knitters and crocheters; Unity is strength! Answer the community's questions, receive their thanks and become a coach! If you manage to become a coach, you will have access to a special section; a section where you can share your experiences and hobbies.

You can move from one question to another using the "Next question" button (marked in blue):
Under each customer's question you can find a box (marked in blue),
type your answer and hit Enter. You can then chat and may even be rewarded with a thank you ! 😄
