The code doesn’t work, what can I do?

This can happen for several reasons; the most common being that the code has expired, it was inserted incorrectly, you are trying to purchase an excluded item (see below) or that you haven’t reached the minimum purchase necessary to use the code. For example, the minimum to use the welcome code is of $60USD/$60CAD/£49/49€.

Also, please keep in mind that discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions or applied during sales and that packs of skeins, Super Kit, WAK Box, gift cards, yarn samples, WAK Book and knitting parties are not compatible with discount codes. Make sure you don't have any of these products in your cart if you'd like to apply your discount code to your purchase.

Furthermore, discount codes can only be applied once per customer, so if you already used the code in a previous order, you won't be able to use it again
